Mrs. Joanne Huang, a certified economist is a born Taiwanese with Mandarin and Cantonese as first languages. After her qualification as Bachelor of Business Administration in 1989 she worked as a marketing representative in the IT industry of Taiwan. In 1992 she moved to Augsburg, Germany, where she graduated in 1998 as a diploma economist at the University of Augsburg and in 2001 founded her own economic consultancy.
