The ICU-Initiative's goal is the promotion of convergence between German and foreign business partners to ensure a harmonious intercultural understanding and a productive ambience in the business and between the parties concerned. A successful outcome requires rethinking in the present work environment. An important step is the development of interpersonal relations.
